Did you enable "Use HID device" in the options before starting the game?
Also, make sure that you're connected your controller into USB port 0.
If you use DualShock 3, don't forget to press PS button after HID init .

Yes, i do it. I can't connect my controller in port 0, because there is the pendrive with the games, but i tried to play with a SD card and the controller in port 0,and i have the same results. I am ussing a Ps2 controller

Then it's your hdd. I don't know what answer you expect, if you think is something else then try it, charge your wiimote batteries, test the game in a sd card or a thumb drive. Try disabling mcemu, or pull out the sd card when using the hdd or unplug the hdd if you test the sd card.

I'm not attacking you personally but you're having many issues no one else has, so you have to think what is different
And he already said he's having problems with his HDD.

Mine too. I have SSBM v1.02, and the Europe one won't detect too. Mario Party 5 freezes few times, and MCEmu works safe. Why all my isos might being bad as well? is not the iso, neither .dol, nor nincfg.bin (both devices)
If your other games show up in the menu, then there aren't too many things it can be. Either it doesn't fit on the first page (max 14 I think), the directory name is too long or the directory has a period in it or something else it doesn't like. I don't know why the code checks for periods, but it doesn't like them. Rename your directory to something short and easy.
Edit
Also, the file must exist. Either /games/SSBM/game.iso or /games/SSBM/sys/boot.bin must exist and word 26 (0x1c) must equal 0xC2339F3D.

How can I activate the codes for Shadow The Hedgehog in Nintendon't?
I just want to activate the Complete Library cheat code that Wiiflow downloads.
Any ideas?

I think you need kenobii.bin or something, see the first post. You probably already know but just in case.

Yes, I already have the kenobii.bin file into the SD:/sneek/ folder, but the thing is that I don't know if it should be in the SD or USB, since I run my games from USB.

I already tried with the kenobbi.bin file from SD and doesn't work, and since I don't have a compatible HID device yet, I can't run Nintendon't so far in my Wii U

You need to have usb:/sneek/kenobii.bin if you load your games from USB device.

I'm having issues with using a PS3 controller on a few different revs. I used r56 and r60, which just came out. The games load fine without HID off, using a normal old Wii by the way. As soon as I turn on HID however, the loading process freezes at "Nintendont kernel looping, loading game..."

I'm pressing the PSHome button before selecting the game, the controller is plugged into the top port, I checked the controller.ini's name and contents three times already... Is there anything I'm possibly doing wrong? Booting off of the same HDD that has the games on it, if that helps anything.

Super Smash Bros Melee controls are broken on the newest revision with gamecube controllers. Screen scrolls up and when going to character select in Vs mode, 4 controllers are detected and move towards the lower left side of the screen despite having only 1 gamecube controller plugged in.

I just tried Metal Gear Solid The Twin Snakes, Europe version (RAW ISO) on r60 (still on normal Wii). Other than the Memory Card bug, there's a REALLY BIG LAG INPUT (using a Wavebird). Doing anything takes almost a second to be seen in the game, and it's not really practical. Other than that, the game seems to work fine.

Try using r58, Greyrogue warned that the changes in r59 might break GC controllers in other games; It's possible that the Wavebird is also affected so it would help that you confirm it was that change that broke the controls.

Tried Paper Mario 2 on my SD Card. Same thing as before.
I cannot get Gamecube prototypes to work, but then again I don't expect them to work.

the boot.bin is found on a shrunk iso?

Windwaker on my Hollywood v21 WiiU will still not boot past the title screen with MemCard Emu on. This is using loader r60.

Before I started Nintendont, I cleared out every file related to Nintendont from the root of usb hdd *except for controller.ini* and within the the folder Nintendont, I removed the nin_cfg file.

I started homebrew channel, select wiiflow, from within wiiflow I selected Windwaker. Then I'm brought to Nintendont, I selected usb, I then went into settings and turned on MemCard Emulation. I then selected Windwaker, game boots to title screen, I press start, and it just sits at the clouds going by with the music playing on. Nothing else....

My Windwaker is NTSC.

Are there any other files I'm supposed to delete, or are there any files I'm supposed to upload? Other than the loader.dol? (which I rename to boot.dol)

This is really bugging me, beucase ive read other people are having normal results with Windwaker saving, yet I'm not.

I tested the game myself and can now confirm that WindWaker NTSC won't load anything but the background after pressing start. PAL version works perfectly fine though. Have you tested this using the alpha version? That one should work at least, but I don't know if it had MCEmu at that point. If it works and it's possible try to go from there jumping through revisions until it stops working, that would help find if it was broken at some point.

I tested r60 with Kirby Air Ride, Melee, Mario Party 5, Burnout, and Digimon World 4 and all games still work flawlessly on the Wii U.
