I still don't know what to make of it. Seems somewhat vague. He might just be busy, and can't afford any distractions.
Food for thought, the only reason QuadForce got updated was because of a user initiative donation fund for it.
(for those unaware of that whole situation, basically, one o those with access leaked the alpha of QuadForce, and he decided to can the project because of it, until 8bitwaluigi started talking about starting a donation fund to get him to finish it)

I guess there isn't anything to do but wait and watch. I honestly don't see him completely canceling the project, and while I hope he doesn't, It's not out of the question.
Really I just feel like all these people who are bitching and moaning about him not working on it don't realize how hard coding is. It's not easy stuff. It takes time and dedication to write code. I'm starting to learn it myself, so I would know. Working on multiple projects is very stressful when it comes to this stuff, and people need to understand that.

From a moral standpoint exclusively, saying one thing and not following through with it is wrong, especially when it's for a lot of people. If I say I'm going to do something, I generally follow through with it, even if it's not too important. If it ends up late or delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, that's just the way it goes. The only way I would flat out stop working on it is if the job in question lost it's relevance enough to no longer warrant being done. But again, that's just my moral standpoint.

I hope he will finish the project or at least release the code so that somebody else can pick it up.
It's sad...indeed.
But let's see and wait.

Because I'm not working on Wii U stuff anymore.
anymore.
anymore..
anymore...

Wathever his reasons can be, i not will keeping false hope. I suggest the closing of this thread.

1. im pretty sure its crediars thread so im kinda hopeing he would be the one to say enough is enough. 2. look at the new consoles that have just come out and look at the activitys happening.......... im sure crediar and other devs have moved on too something worth bothering with (for the time being anyway)

^ This. See? We heard him loud and clear. Crediar's taking the coward's way out and stopping working in the Wii U altogether. Why am I not surprised? We need to have this thread closed, and besides, he doesn't have the time nor the stones to step in and speak on his own behalf.

tbh if your gonna close this then myt as well close off all threads to do with wii u lol nothing is gonna happen clearly as marcan the troll has spoken lolzzz

Maybe hes finished the app :) lmao .. maybe its vwii and not wiiu .. subtle play on words... maybe your right.. but its all so fukkin pesimistic around these parts lately...
And with bullshit moves like that on his part, is anyone really surprised?

Because keeping them open is so much more productive. No one said they have nothing to do with Wii U. All we've been hearing from Marcan and other developers is that it's impossible to run an exploit without opening the floodgates to piracy and that vWii is impossible to hack. I've been seeing nothing but negativity in those threads as of late; the Wii U isn't going to be hacked due to a lack of interest.

so what about triicore thread??? soz its another topic but same situation!!!!!!! no progress and no work being done so lets all just give up and close all threads........ sounds good to me

And keep them open so we can have more developers/coders constantly be at each others' throats debating about what can and can't (mostly can't) be done on the Wii U and how piracy can't be prevented? I highly doubt that's going to be more productive. In my opinion, both threads are full of horseshit, they only lead to Marcan_troll telling us what we already know.

Meh, I'm going to keep mine, I just run vWii emulators off of it (with off-screen play), so I'm not gonna sell it ROFL xD And who knows, maybe sometime down the line someone will show interested in development.
