2.211 (revision 212) is the version I released two hours ago. The revisions are off because FIX94 forgot to upload the binary. The one with the new UI was 2.210 (revision 211).
I didnt realize the version number was displayed incorrectly. when i said 2.211 I mean then version with the gui that was committed as r211

Dafaq?
I'm out for just a day and Nintendont gets a UI, and is also pulled back.
Damn I should be on the lookout more often. XD
A heads up:
I am testing my already working library with the latest revs to see if they still work.
I'm just about to go through RE Zero to test the Disc 2 issue too

It was pulled temporarily, there's still a download link for it on the previous page, the only thing is that it breaks PAL games, NTSC all work fine. http://gbatemp.net/threads/nintendont.349258/page-892#post-5153993 He's gonna figure it out.

Like the new update? :D

Edit: I've temporarily reverted the changes until I can figure out why PAL games aren't working. You can still download it here.
Looks nice but honestly I'd take compatibility over looking nice, the last revision 208 worked fine for me (from what I've tested) so I wonder does this break more than it adds? I hope not, maybe it's best I wait until it's been updated a little further, anyway nice work I like the new font!

Fix94 already said that games have gotten much harder to fix, hence the kernel updates slowing down

Edit: Although I would like to get another "stable" version where all previous working games actually work.

That's not what I meant though, I welcome any updates even if they are small and I always said how the menu needs some cleaning up, however reading through comments I heard that it broke PAL games, if that's the case well I have two PAL games that from my last testing they worked fine so I guess I'll wait a bit before I update!

Also...
Yep I did saw that.
I might held on my horses until Joostin gets his hands on a PAL game to see if this can be fixed.
I will not ipdate till then :P
^This...

People are free to try out the one with the new UI. If all your games still work with it (mine did, but they're NTSC), then there's no reason not to use it. I reverted because I didn't want the compatibility list being affected by a mistake I made.

So...will Nintendont ever have a better GUI....at all? Because clearly there are still games that need fixing.

As soon as I fix whatever is causing the problem with PAL games (thus returning compatibility to the way it was before my update), I'll update with the new UI.

The UI will never be a full GUI. It's meant primarily for testing. I thought I'd at least polish it though. Compatibility takes precedence though, so just use a loader with a full GUI like Wiiflow.

PS: Anyone else like the background image fading in, or was that just me? :)

I liked the GUI :)

Personally, I think that it would be great to have in the future the option to display an image or animation while loading a game, instead of having all the initialization text. And if something failed to load, show an error message or something.

Btw, who is the (wonderful) guy who donated to me? If you want, I'll add you to the preview conversation. You don't have to test, but you can take a look at early releases if you want and provide input. If that's something you're interested in, just PM me your email address so I can verify that you were the one who donated.

Since we're talking visuals here, how hard would it be to make it so the game logo appears at the corner of the screen when you highlight a game? USBLGX can read the game logo before running it so maybe this can be a bases?

Again, the UI will never be that good. That's why it is compatible with other loaders.

Why not add an option to turn off printed text? For those that use loaders, this means you 'jump' directly to the game without seeing the Nintendont loader; even though it's still there. It would be no different than loading a game via cios, mios, etc. To revert, simply delete the config. I always do this manually, however this also makes usblgx give a warning which I had to remove but works perfectly nevertheless.

Would it be possible to code support for GBA connectivity to a GBA emulator (VBA-M) via TCP/IP? It's an interesting feature previously proposed for Devo, but still in development.

I heard a GBA link cable works with a special build of Nintendont. Not sure if I heard that right however.
