I'll create the page and the templates.

Edit:
Done.
http://wiki.gbatemp.net/wiki/Nintendont_Compatibility_List

I used DML page as template for the "instructions". There are maybe errors where I forgot to replace DML with Nintendont.

Edit2 :
Maybe a Wii/WiiU column would be needed?
It should have the same compatibility, but if it's needed and you see compatibility differences, let me know.

Edit3:
Is the "confirmed" column really needed? it's taking spaces which could be used for the Note.
Same for the "Status" column, it could color the Game name column instead. <-- Changed.

Edits:
~all the games that are playable with sound issues i'm going to mark as works (green) and will put sound issues in notes
~remove the confirmed column for sure
~maybe add an audio column? most games that work have busted audio when i tried

I removed confirmation, and added a sound/DSP column.
You can find the DSP version in the log file on your SD card, if you are using a version with DEBUG enabled. (r5 for example)

there are 13 different DSP versions
Code:
DSP v0: THE LEGEND OF ZELDA The Wind Waker
DSP v1: Super Mario Sunshine, Wave Race Blue Storm
DSP V2:
DSP V3: TALES OF SYMPHONIA
DSP V4:
DSP V5: Mario Kart Double Dash!, Pikmin 2, Pokemon, Zelda Four Swords, Zelda Master's quests
DSP V6:
DSP V7: Paper Mario, Crash Tag Team Racing, Cubivore
DSP V8: The Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess, DONKEY KONG JUNGLE BEAT
DSP V9: Fire_Emblem_Path_Of_Radiance, Geist, Metroid Prime 2
DSP V10: Pikmin
DSP V11: Luigi's Mansion
DSP unknown: Medal of Honor European Assault

When adding games, it would be nice to give the game version too.
some games have different compatibility with different version. (Pikmin v1.01, 1.02, etc.)
Not all games have different version. I'll try to get a list of games with different versions.
edit:
007: Agent Under Fire (v1.00)(v1.01)
Conflict: Desert Storm (v1.00)(v1.01)
Dairantou Smash Brothers DX (v1.00)(v1.02)

Thank you Cyan and Maxternal. The problem i found now is the black screen when i try to load the games. I've added Super Mario Sunshine and 1080 Avalanche. The Games appears in Nintendont, but When i try to load, both it freezes, black screen. I'm using a Wii. (not Wii u). Maybe i'm doing something wrong

Mario sunshine (USA) works with r5 (I didn't test r13 yet, but there's no sources/patches changes so it should work too).
But sometime it just doesn't load the next map (same problem than Zelda Wind Waker), you load a new map/world/level, and it stay forever on the loading screen.

Well, I haven't done EXTENSIVE testing and the only real testing I've done is not with r13 but the previous version but my only 2 conclusions I've come to :
1. Just in case you have one, I've noticed this thing HATES my SD gecko (the alpha version only failed to work once with it in .. this one refuses to work unless I take it out.) so make sure you at least have nothing inserted into memory card slot B ... but I kinda think I tried the SD gecko in slot A, too, with the same result (can't remember for sure so it could be slot B that's the problem OR the SD gecko).
2. I also noticed that real memory cards don't work and it's always saying "the device in slot A is not a memory card" unless I turn on memory card emulation BUT some games just black screen whe you have it turned on (which means no saving for those games) BUT I do admit to having a 3rd part memory card (works fine for Devo/DM(L) but won't work with memory card imaging and game save copying tools.

EDIT : Oh, not sure how much it matters with Nintendon't but the only other things that come to mind are
- make sure the card is FAT32 w/64k clusters or smaller
- try another SD card
- make sure the game starts fine in DML ... could be a bad rip
- it's new and buggy, try, try again. It might not work the first time.

Is there anybody here, who owns a USB-gecko? I guess, having a USB-gcko plugged in will provide much more deeper information about the crashes and blackscreens. Maybe it would make sense to find a place, where all this information can be collected. Adding a column in the compatibility list for this, would imo make the the list little bit too messy. Maybe it's best to just add a link to a textfile containing the information provided by USB-gecko. I'm not an expert (not even close) but I think without deeper information it will not be possible to write patches for the current problems.

Second thing that maybe would be a good idea is to make a documentation of crediars code. Right now, the code terribly messy and bad commentated. An essential step to improve this project is to add proper comments to the code.

From the first post (links to latest version r13)
On 2013-12-08, Crediar released the sources and provided a build newer than the Zelda preview alpha version.
Latest revision : https://nintendont.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/loader/loader.dol

1. Install the Alpha version on your SD card
2. Download the loader.dol and rename it to boot.dol
3. replace the alpha "boot.dol" with the new one.
4. If you want you can also edit the meta.xml file in a text editor to change the version number displayed in the Homebrew Channel (but it's not necessary).

look in the first post of the thread for the link and installation instruction.

Sabykos:
I have USBGecko, I can post logs of the game I have, but sometime it just loop (endless loading screen, etc.) and nothing happen on gecko.
We can link to logs in the comment column. (either posted here, or on sites like pastie, pastebin, etc.)
With USBGecko you can use Wiird/debugger/memory viewer in real time.

users without USBgecko can still get logs, few files are written to SD card root if debug is enabled in the build.

In fact I also wanted to know ..

Mayflash Wireless Wii U Pro Controller Adapter [W009] (L/R analog are not working because WiiU Pro lacks analog shoulder buttons) <--

I have buy a Wireless Wii U Pro Controller on ebay for the wii u game and I wonder if it will also work on this loader?

Of Course is takes its USB cable I guess right? L/R analog so the analog is not working.. but physical arrows works??

it should be supported only as digital triggers https://code.google.com/p/nintendont/source/browse/trunk/controllerconfigs/nintendont_wiiuprousb.ini LAnalog&RAnalog set to 0 represents as "disabled" - I have dilema on others side that my controler simple Logtech controller where 0 is set to StickX - that gives strange behaviour on Nintendont - halt after code 6 - game starts after some reaction to analog sticks or buttons but returns errors from game side - on this matter it is possible to get more controllers to work even that most cheapest pc controllers, but someone must do change code. I am confused about this because I've tried find files that possibly could be changed - but my attempts to comunicate with crediar wasn't to educative because he told me that I've already know - that code must me changed. I am little dissapointed on this matter because I do not want to buy PS3 controller :/
