Have an original playstation (rca cable and multi-av) and want to go HDMI.

Well that basically is it. I came across a PS1 that audiophiles used to go nuts for and it works 100% right and I don't have a lot of options where to use it other than one modern made a year ago TV so the RCA is out. It's a fantastic tv and it's more an android tablet style panel so it games exceptionally well with no lag issues even with touchy stuff and I keep HDMI FPGA consoles/modded consoles on it. I do not want to chop the PS1.

I know a few years or so ago POUND had a cable for the PS1 that was powered and didn't add in display lag and just got the job done without compromises of like a cheap oveseas kit that lags and muds the visuals. Are they still the best option, or are there some others maybe I can read reviews up on amazon or whatever that might be better/comparable if they're still not the preferred choice?

I don't know if I'd ever collect for it again, not going to ravage ebay for sure as I'm fed up with that, but I do find things locally on occasion that are solid and it would be great to play it on the big screen. Thanks.
