Holy crap, Your pumping out the compatibility fixes so fast.

Freaking love that game btw.

Check burnout 2 next? It boots in r26 but has no controls. r27 fixed its controls but now gives black screen on boot.
Already tried it. It works at least since v1.59 (maybe someone else fixed it). Waverace boots, but crashes in race.

Just tested and I can confirm that it really works!

I'm going to find out what revision broke dragon ball z budokai 2 so maybe you can fix it?

Edit: It seems it boots in r60 still

Could you please tell me what setting you have for waverace to work? is that using the latest v1.60?

Thank you
Pepois

Luigi's Mansion, Animal Crossing and Super Mario Sunshine (all NTSC-U) are all very unstable now with v1.59. They seem to really like crashing at the progressive screen now. I only managed to get past the tutorial in Luigi's Mansion before it froze going to the gallery.

Also can someone test Mario Golf for me? The .dol doesn't want to boot and i want to know if the problem is on my end.

Just tried Luigis Mansion and Super Mario Sunshine NTSC-U on r59 and got freeze issues

Has anyone managed to get a cheat file working on nintendont v1.60 for GALE01 super smash bros meele to unlock all characters and stages? I tried 4 different times but nothing works. I made a sneek folder with the file kenobiwii.bin inside of it.

Havent tried cheats in a while but i do have a save file with all characters and stages unlocked, should be 100% complete. Replace this save with the one in your saves folder on whatever device you launch games from.

I can confirm Luigi's Mansion is unstable. The others you mentioned are probably unstable too.

Thank you very much! That worked perfectly! B-)

Super Mario Sunshine NTSC/US seems to crash/hang for me once I press start at the title screen, with 1.60. I'll try 1.59 and 1.58 in a few minutes. Unfortunately, the USB Gecko log doesn't show anything useful like a crash dump from the game.

Edit: 1.59 seems to work fine. It boots and plays. I'll do a stability check while I'm at it, I guess. Seems to hang randomly (no crash dump, either)..

Edit 2: I managed to get a crash dump from SMS after it hanged when trying to exit back to the HBC (with 1.59):

Edit 3: I managed to get a huge crash dump from Ikaruga when trying to enter story mode (with Nintendont 1.59). I know the game doesn't work currently, but maybe the crash dump can help at some point:

Edit 4: I got a crash dump out of the May 2003 Nintendo Gamecube Preview Disc, when it black screens after the Gamecube logo movie (with Nintendont 1.59):

Have you tried Fire Emblem? I started to load a bit past the title screen, but as a HUGE Fire Emblem fan, I don't wanna start the game and then findout midway through there are freezing issues. Basically I'd love to know if someone has been able to get through a decent amount of the game without any problems.

Works fine. Tried it quite a few times and it has never froze on me.

I dont have Fire Emblem but i have been testing other games and havent found any more broken ones. If Fire Emblem is broken you will know within minutes of playing.

debug mode please :c

i can unlock characters loading nintendont memory card raw with dolphin emulator

I'm pretty sure debug mode in Melee isn't something that gets saved. You could integrate the ar code for the debug menu into your ISO by editing the game's DOL file with a hex editor, then replacing the original with a tool like GC_Tool. The drawback is tournament mode is gone, but you gain the full debug menu permanently. There's a topic over on Smashboards about it.

i did notice the first time i loaded luigi's mansion is wouldnt let me press start at the begining (minor crash) but after that is worked fine for a good half hour. i shall test is again today just to make sure its not just more of a problem your end. (i hope everyone testing without using a loader) wiiflow did crash alot last night with rev 59 so i just stick with the homebrew channel for plain testing

Loader-related crashing seems to be related to not cleanly writing the Nintendont config file, as well as forcing their return stubs instead of letting Nintendont use its own, at least according to a couple testers I've been chatting with in the postLoader thread. Once I added very clean config writing and not forcing postLoader's homebrew stub, it doesn't seem to crash anymore. Hopefully this helps the authors of USB GX and Wiiflow. :)
