is there any reason why you just wont use the usa version?
you can try adjusting the screen position on the settings to push it up it miht work, well with this you just know your tv does not acept pal signals so from now on i advise on you to use ntsc games because not all pal games work when forced into another videomode.
I know some games like Luigi's Mansion, the PAL version is better as they made changes to give a better experience. In the PAL version of Luigi's Mansion for example The Hidden Mansion section has the entire mansion mirrored to make it more difficult a long with double damage to you and ghosts. That could be a reason.

I have around 60 Gamecube injects and I tested them all and they worked. Today I added 1 new game and it crashes my Wii U when Nintendont initializes the memory card. I thought it was just that one game, but it is actually any game that didn't have a save already. I tried deleting some saves off the sd card thinking maybe the "virtual memory card" was full that didn't help, I also updated to latest nintendont but no joy. Any other ideas?
Figured it out. Must have accidentally moved down the button on the side of the sd card that makes it write protected and that caused my problem.
Usually NTSC-U games have a French option as they are sold in Canada where people speak French. I guess people saw you easily speaking English so they didn't realized that you prefer French.
Yeah I know and I understand that but in fact, Nintendo started including the French language in wii games (maybe because of lack ofspace on cartridges and gcn discs), so for the GameCube I have to go through a hole mess to play them. If it was only for me it would be okay to play the games in English but I have brothers and sisters that are not as familiar as me with the english language and I want my wii to be a family console.

no, if you choose to use the gamepad the gamepad will take player one and pro controller player two if you choose not to use the gamepad you will need a wiimote to start the nintendont inject.
but there is a workaround choose to use the gamepad than take the gamepad out of range from your wiiu and wiiupro will be player 1.

Hi. i want to know if the mayflash 4 port gamecube adapter is fully compatible with my wii u (nintendont, etc.) I dont want to buy the official one because new ones cost 100$ and used ones have always munched cable descriptions. Has someone tested this adapter already? my priority is nintendont and if it works with nintendont it should work fine with all other apps and games. and also i want to use a usb extension cable so if that doesnt affect the adapter its fine. the extension is from amazon basics. thanks.
switch smash adapter is exactly the same as the wiiu one so you can buy those too and it wont cost 100$ they go new for like 20$
third partys are always a hit and miss, might work, might not.
