Nintendont: weird behavior when cold booting

So I'm experiencing a weird problem with Nintendont.
When I cold boot Tiramisu, none of my injected GameCube games (nintendont) start.
Instead, they all black screen.

What weird is:
if I boot to the vWii menu, then return to the WiiU menu, I can boot injected Gamecube games no problem.
It seems that doing this "warms up" the WiiU. Something is being loaded that isnt loaded at boot.

I would like to boot my injects from cold boot.
Can anyone explain whats happening?

I think I'm having this problem as well, or at least a version of it, but only with certain titles... see here for my post on this.

Which injection program did you use and which installation program?
