Hacking Nintendont running games to fast?

That's bad advice, actually.
You shouldn't defragment USB flash drives and SD cards.
True you shouldn't but in this case you should. You can only play ps2 games via USB if you defragment. Sad but mandatory. Also have u tried using different ports(in Wii)

You're talking about external USB hard drives. Not pen drives (which use flash memory).
Flash drives are never OK to defragment. If you have issues with a flash drive, a defrag isn't going to save it.

I KNOW you shoudnt the worst it can happen is reducing the useful life time of the drive but it can't hurt to do it sometimes. Also op should try another USB port he must be using the 1.1 port instead of the 2.0

It would be better to copy the files off the flash drive, format it and copy the files back on. Same effect as defragmenting, but with far less wear on the drive.
Anyway I don't see how a fragmented drive could cause games to run faster.

Flash memory access time is constant since there are no mechanical parts to cause a delay. Defragging it won't change the loading speed.

I dunno but it helped when loading isos from USB in ps2

No its not. Your USB drive or SD card are probably too fragmented. Defrag them
