Hacking Nintendont Issues HELP :-( IOS58

Hi ive checked everywhere for solutions to this, the stickies, other topics and just cant find a solution. The dreaded "failed to load IOS 58 FROM NAND"

ive checked the xml file, its all fine.
homebrew version 1.1.2
Nintendont V5.481

installed IOS58-64-v6176.wad file and then re installed Homebrew 1.1.2
My homebrew is saying IOS58 V24.32 is that correct?

Is there something im missing?
