Hacking Nintendogs not working?

Is there a reason why Nintendogs is one game i cannot get working??

I have tried a freeshop release and a CIA from THAT iso site and still a no go.

One doesn't boot at all. The other does an endless loading screen then eventually errors.

Not a game i'm particularly bothered about playing but interested in why it doesn't work for me.

Make sure you're on 11.6. If you are, also try visiting the game's eShop page to get the seed, or import the seed with FBI.

Open the eShop app (orange shopping bag) then search for the game. Go into its page. Then exit the eShop and try playing the game again.
