For context, I successfully modded 2 switches until now (softmod unpatched V1 et picofly on patched V1).
Recently, I put my hands on a V2 and soldered a Picofly clone on it (New 2040 Plus, same model as the patched V1).
The switch worked fine for like 1 week and after some games installations and a reboot, it didn't boot anymore.
Now, I have a blue light followed by a lovely "short short long" code (**=) which stands for "No eMMC block 1 read (should not happen)" (But, meh... it happened).
When I try to boot it up, hekate doesn't boot and when I remove the SD card, I don't have the "No SD Card" screen anymore, which means that the switch doesn't manage to glitch.
So I resoldered the chip, retested connections but same error.
I tested with a Working eMMC from the previous patched V1 Switch with the same chip and it managed to boot and show the "No SD Card" screen.
Sooo I think that my eMMC is faulty.
What I want to know is : What can I do to save this eMMC ? (I have a backup with BOOT0, BOOT1 and RAWNAND).
I heard that once restored to a donor eMMC, we can't play online anymore with the Stock SysMMC and I wanted to avoid that. So, is it possible to save it by reflowing the eMMC chip or reballing it ?
Is this error code fixable by reflowing or other method while keeping the possibility of playing online ?

UPDATE: After switching the eMMC with a new one. I managed to have a new error code: "short long short" (*=*) (No eMMC block 0 read (eMMC init failure?))
So maybe my solder points are bad or could it be a bad mosfet ?
