Hardware nintendo switch not turning on black screen

Hello ,
I have a Nintendo switch when I plug the mains plug into the motherboard without connecting the battery I link the values to mt92t36 pin5: 3.3v
pin 6: 3.3v
on several functional motherboard when you connect without battery I link the value 4.5 volt on pin 5 and 0v on pin 6
when i opened the console

I noticed that the fuse just above the charging connector was burnt I replaced it but there is another problem the console charges perfectly well but does not start any display. Does anyone have an idea?

I bought it as is. and I also changed the m92t36 chip but same symptom

He goes through a very detailed process and has many videos on Switches that are non working
