Hello. I have a Nintendo Switch here that I have gotten to the point of Hekate

I have created a emuMMC, in which i "SD Partition" Part 1
i have changed the emuMMC to Raw1 and it now says enabled.

Does this mean i am using an emulated nand (so i do not get banned?)

I have made a backup of the emmc
Boot0 & Boot1/Raw GPP
(but i do not know what purpose it serves and what to do from here)

I do not know what i can and cannot discuss here, but i am trying to play Super Smash Bros. Ultimate
online with mods

i would like to know

-All the ways to avoid getting banned
-how to properly download games
-how to add mods
-and play games like super smash bros. ultimate online without having the fear of getting banned, and if i do get banned it not being the stock switch sysnand and have to buy another switch to play online

You can't go online with game backups/mods.
You use sysnand to play online with legit games you own. Use emummc to play backups offline.
Avoid getting banned disabling internet access before booting emummc.

You can play online with mods but you will get banned sooner or later. And your switch will be banned forever.

Incognito simulates a ban by preventing you from connecting to Nintendo's online servers.

There are also servers dedicated to modded smash for jailbroken switch

most likely the case, they have dedicated servers for it to avoid the problem entirely this is also done for games that would otherwise have been abandonware like say quake 3 arena servers today mostly ran by users with their own server setups. You may want to contact said streamer about this rather than the homebrew forums. They may have a subscription based access or even free access to said servers but you wont ever know if you dont communicate with the source itself. Best of luck!
