Homebrew Nintendo Switch Error Message after update, can somebody help me?

Hey,
I just Updated my Switch Atmosphere Version from V. 0.12.0 to V. 1.2.4 and everything worked fine, then I updated my Nintendo Switch Firmware from V. 12.0.2 to V. 13.1.0 and after the reboot I always get this error screen with the error code 2162-0002 pls I need help

Ok thx, but were are the theme files in the sd card

I had something similar and I solved it by removing the folder that indicated me
was 010000000000000D

Yours is 0100000000001000 is in Atmosphere/ content

Thank's that worked, I get in the switch but after the Logo of the switch ich get to the start screen where you have to push a button 3 times then i see my games and after 2 seconds an error come's again Error Code: 2168-0002 (0x4a8), Program: 4200000000000010 can you help me there too :l, thank you for your help (I have the Program code 42000... too in my contest folder should I delet it or should I do something else?)

yes these are not compatible ,

that happens when you put new Atmosphere with old Atmosphere folders.
that happens to me sometimes and I don't want to erase the old ones
a clean installation is important.
