Well, the Wii was mostly dated tech even at its launch, wasn't it? A Gamecube+ with motion controls. The 3DS is actually a significant graphical improvement over its predecessor, in addition to the new gimmick.

If anything, it'll be like $250 at launch for North America.

My wife's giving birht to my first baby in March!!!

Now I won't be bored while I stay up at night waiting for my baby to wake up and cry. lol

I'll just preorder it, cause I won't be playing at all when he/she is born.
