So I just recently hacked my 2dsxl and was looking around on my Nintendo ID and it shows my birthdate is on the year 2015, which is when I got it (I think lol). And my birth date is not on that year. I know it says it's not able to be changed, but is there any way to bypass that? Or at least get all my data from this old ID and put it on a new one? Or should I just create a brand new ID.

There haven't been any reported ban for 3ds lately, you should be fine, 3ds eshop goes down in six months.

No point of creating new account, you can't transfer content from one account to another.

Is the 3DS hacked? You can back up all your save data with homebrew, format the console and make a new account.

not sure about the 3ds, but I found the birthday location in persisid on the wiiu. it's written in hex, so mine shows 13 for the day, when I was born on the 19th of June. 13=19. the day and year will be in hex as well. that might affect the system or what it says, but it won't be correct on the servers, but they may be updated once you sync online. no idea. have to find where that's located on the 3ds though, if it would even work that way.

Using an underage account enables some annoying parental controls which can't be fully disabled.

He could make a new account but he will lose his purchase content if he did purchase anything.
