I got mine from Deal Extreme. They are kinda cheap and mine is cracked. You'll need to sand out the inside, because the components dont site perfectly inside.

And im sure no one is asking this anymore.

what do you mean by sand , isn't the case a perfect fit for the DS.

No, most of them a knock offs, chinese none the less. You have to remove a small layer from the case (well i had to) for the motherboard and all the other stuff to fit nicely.

Does that mean that mold is not made correctly or it has leftovers of plastic

and as for chinese.. all of my consoles to date are made in china and they are real originals xD

they dont get the original cast from nintendo so they make there own using the already exsisting result of the mold (in this case they dissemble the DSLite and make a mold from that to cast from, however the flaw in this method os things can be slightly to thick / thin or slightly off
