Why can't someone make a Nintendo developer account, make a game with a purposeful easy exploit, and release it?
violates NDAWhy can't someone make a Nintendo developer account, make a game with a purposeful easy exploit, and release it?
what would be the point if it wasnt released?even if it had proper signatures it wouldnt serve the purpose of an Entrypoint as it'd need CFW in the First place to install. and even IF you had teh super burnable income to manufacture a cart, it'd likely get patched or cause bans rather quick. and you'd STILL get nailed as its not difficult to get it traced back to you. it'd only just hinder homebrew development and the Unoffical SDK Devs have now as it could ignite an even worse Shitstorm.Oh OK, but would it still if you didn't release it?

simple answer Using an "Offical" SDK to develop a game knowingly /with intent to leave an exploit to circumvent everything is bad news for everyone.
