So I found a XSS vulnerabity on nintendo.net domain, I'm thinking of reporting it, do you know if they hold a bug bounty program or if they give things in return, just like other big company do?

I doubt it. Nintendo is a very secure company, just look at their stability updates.
Plus, wouldn't someone say something about this if it had happened before?
