Nintendo 64 Cart?

I need some help! When I was little, I remember playing this N64 game that has 3 red scratches on the cover, I can't remember the name if it and I've looked all over google, ebay, and youtube! I know this isn't a lot of info, but I would greatly appreciate if any could help me with this!~

Sorry! I was like 4 back then, I think it was a horror, maybe a slash shooter? It's not Doom because I still own Doom!

I don't that's it! I also remember there being a lava level on Multiplayer! Thanks for the help though!~

Edit: What I'm thinking is that it could be Turok 2 seeds of evil!

Yes Level 1 its your default melee too "Talon Claw"

my first thoughts were: shadowgate, quake, turok.. but the images doesn't seem to have thre scratches

I thought it was Quake at first also, and it has to be turok two, I think I remember scratches is because of the bloody 2 on the cart!

yeah, I also noticed the red scratch-2 on the cover... I immediatly thought of turok 3 then... but didn't look like that
