Well I guess the most important thing is so far no one is reporting bricked 3dS systems

Most people are still reporting a system in the process of updating.
I wouldn't expect reports of bricking until the update had finished installing.

It's been shown time and time again that bricking their systems would be highly illegal.

I'm afraid to use flashcarts too. But It's cause I wanna see whether are we going to get banned from NWFC or not. They still can do that.
