This is a very good question, im thinking they will. On their site if you click "Learn more" about the eshop it brings you to this page:

You can clearly see a netflix logo on it.

on the subject of flashcards. is there a way to remove my acekard data from the daily records section in the activity log? I removed it from software library but it doesnt remove it from the daily records. i know formatting is an option but i dont want to lose my streetpass data. Thanks
