the update isn't out yet, even if you read ONE page, you'd know that.

I saw people talking about errors and shit on the last page, nothing clearly stating it or maybe I'm just retarted from being outside working in 100 degree weather all day. >_>

Back on topic, they notice they sent out was saying in the evening, and isn't it usually PST? I'm assuming their terms of evening usually mean midnight, or something close like 10PM/11PM. Here's hoping it's out soon!

Well, WWE RAW is over, and I'm up at 4am to go to work, so I'll wait til the morning. By saying "evening" they didn't have a time frame when they HAD to release it. So as long as it's before midnight, they didn't lie. It's an update though, so it doesn't surprise me it's a little late. I still love Nintendo, and it's only 8 on the west coast, so it's still early. Though it should've been out earlier so that everyone could've played and downloaded. I doubt the servers would take a huge hit on the 3DS, it doesn't seem like it's sold entirely well compared to the DS. Ah well, whatever. It'll be up soon.

Im just watching E3 until the coverage ends in an hour. Guess ill just finish LA Noire afterward and hope the Update comes soon.

Exactly, as long as they don't hit midnight in their time zone, they will have the update pushed out before the day is over. Also, this gives me a good time to read those terms of service because I am so bored waiting for the update :\

Well, the free Excitebike 3D is probably a given, and the 3D Pokemon app looks pretty cool as well. I'm paying straight up for Super Mario Land; words cannot express how much I miss that game and its charming gameplay.

Could be that the error people are getting is simply due to the update servers being hammered by everyone trying to update while the update still isn't available.
It doesn't necessarily mean that the update is close to being available.

Well Nintendo Australia said it would be on the 7th which is today. It's 1:18 pm now so I would think the world should have it sometime in the next 11 hours. I will definitely stay up till midnight expecting it if it hasn't already dropped by then.
