Yes, The games you will have to obtain yourself from some sort of 3ds iso site, or some kind of pirate bay
Setting up the boot manager is easy, Just set up the Tubehax DNS on your 3ds internet settings, then use browserHAX to get into homebrew menu (My set up files will redirect into CRTBootManger and autoboot into CFW, Just hold the L button to prevent the auto boot and select homebrew launcher) Then go on MenuhaxManager and install it. Then *Presto* auto CFW

A fair bit a warning though. You need to 100% understand what you are doing when you are downgrading to 9.2 fw because it can brick if you do it wrong or make a simple mistake.

if you're using a tutorial, you will probably have FBI installed at some point, FBI is what is used to install cias

I just want to cfw my 3ds console to play 3ds games on it, just to power on the console and choose the game i wanted to play, thats it, alos im new with there sorry for asking that.

I know i read it, ( not all ) i only need and autoboot to play 3ds games (Online if possible) turn on, choose game, and enjoy thats everything i want and sorry because i'm a noob. no everyone was born a pro. sorry.

It's not specifically you that people are getting upset with. It's a flood of people asking how to use CFW when there's literally hundreds of tutorials and videos on it out there. You just have to search and use google and look for things yourself. I used to not understand anything about 3ds hacking about 2 years ago but then I just looked everything up and researched it until I felt I got the gist of it before I tried it. Now I'm using reinand cfw. I've already had my fair share of mishaps and I even bricked my console once.

Tip: back up your system nand before you do any modding. this way if you screw up you can restore your system back to before it was either bricked or updated.

Tip 2: To auto boot into a cfw you need to use something called CTR boot manager.
