Hacking Nintendo 3ds Flashcard

I want to buy a flashcard but i'm not sure which one should i buy, because a friend told me that you can't play 3ds games on R4 3DS, i want to buy a flashcard so i can play 3ds and ds games on it, alos where i can buy one, i live in uk.
ps R4iSDHC (2014) Dual core card it is good, can it run 3ds and ds games(roms)?

Theres only 2 worthwhile flashcards, if you are on 9.2 and below and really want a flashcard instead of setting cfw, you want Gateway
If you want one that can play 3ds games on any console because you are on the most recent update, you want the Sky3DS+
their is no Flashcard that supports both 3ds and ds games properly

You can buy a flash card to play DS games, but there isn't 1 flash card to play both. Even so 3ds flash cards require you to downgrade your firmware if you are above 9.2. At that point you don't really need a flash card to play 3ds games because its better to install cfw.

Not true, you can play your *legit* 3DS games *you have dumped yourself* on any firmware with a Sky3DS+, for instance.

As you are on 10.2 you could still downgrade to 9.2 and then set up cfw. Saves you a flashcard, but is some hours of getting into and work.

Yeah I wrote one, for example. See my signature for the link.

I don't have the downgrade part in that, there are separate tutorials for that, but once you are on 9.2 you are good to go.

If you're unsure or half hearted to do cfw yourself you can send it to someone who can do it for you. Your firmware is still downgradable

Ah, don't use the words like "free games", let us rephrase that to your original games that you dumped yourself. Once you have such a file, you can install it to your sd and can perfectly play it online given that you update your cfw system version. My guide covers all of that.

ILeo, please, listen to what @wurstpistole says. He has made a very nice tutorial on installing CFW, you just have to find (here, of course) a nice tutorial on n3DS downgrade and you'll be good to go.
And yes, you'll be able to play *legit* 3DS games *that you have dumped yourself* AND play online. The nice part being that you won't need private headers if you're using a CFW and .cia files, *that you'll obtain by converting your *self-dumped 3DS roms*.

On the other hand, if you're unsure, just buy a Sky3DS+ or whatever. It'll (maybe) be a little easier to start.

BTW, I don't think the card on your screenshot will allow you to play your *self-dumped* 3DS backups.

Also i have another 3ds with v9.2.0-20DE it will work to install cfw without downgrade? also it will remove the parental passworld?
