Homebrew Ninjhax won't reinstall after downgrade

So I downgraded, and I've deleted the save data, but trying to scan the QR code (for the correct system and fw version: New3DS 9.2.0-20 US) results in an error message and reboots my system. I've tried five times and it's all the same, what do?

first delete ninjahax save data then install it again on 9.2

Yeah, I'm plenty used to deleting the save data. But when I try scanning the new QR code for 9.2 it boots me to the home menu with an error message and reboots.

Try making sire everything needed is on the sd (boot.3dsx) if not use browserhax and menuhax to continue your al9h install (assuming you are doing the otp less method)
