Hacking [Ninjhax 2.7 HELP] I can't get ninjhax to run HBL when scaning the 9.2.0-20U barcode

When I scan the qr code cubic ninja gives me the famous error "An error has occurred. Please save your data in any software currently in use, then restart the system.". I have been deleting cubic ninja save data and scanning the qr code all day, please help me.

1. Make sure that you're scanning the correct QR code
2. Make sure that you have the "boot.3dsx" on the root of your sd card
3. You have to be connected to the internet in order for this to work
4. If you get an error just keep trying, it takes a few tries for it to work
5. If all goes accordingly make sure to install the exploit to the gamecard's savedata

I think something is wrong with the payloads for the new 3ds because I can do the browserhax for 9.2 but I can't do ninjhax.

yes I selected NEW 9.2.0-20U

I downgraded from 11.2.

Make sure you don't have a franken firmware, you can check by using this application here. You can run this through browserhax I believe.
