I don't have a mobile phone that has NFC or any other device for that matter, but I do have a New 3DS XL. Is there a homebrew app that I can use to make use of the 3DS's NFC writer to write amiibos to blank NFC cards?

Thanks, will there be one anytime soon or is the NFC reader just unhackable?

It's probably possible, but nobody has tried. The closest thing there is is a smash amiibo cheat tool that sets all stats to 200.
