You can get updates for games from jnustool. or nusgrabber and if you want to use the update for the physical disc of your games use wupinstaller to install the update.

No one else to blame but the person who updated.
We keep warning people, "use Tubehax DNS" or "Block Nintendo URLs on your router"
If people are still incompetent enough to not be able to do one of those things before the next Wii U update, they deserve to lose access the hax, imo.
