New Touch screen phone

I am thinking about getting my second phone which will be a big improvement from my Samsung j700i. I am living in the UK as you can see if that helps. I want a smartphone and am stuck between the LG Optimus ( Which is the one I mainly want and is a Smartphone with Android) and the Samsung Monte (Not a smart phone but just like one). They are both £90 and I don't know which to choose and is better. Also if there are any other really good phones round that price range that are just as good if not better please tell me.

Go for the LG, if it's got Android it should be far better than the Samsung using a proprietary OS.

I have the LG Optimus (O2) and i must say very very good value for money.

Android over propriety OS anyday. £90 is pretty good for an Android phone.

That phone looks horrible its screen is 3inches and it doesn't have a resistive touchscreen.
