New to Linux Need help with Emulators

Today I installed Linux Mint on my Netbook along side with windows 7 every thing so different anyways I use a flash drive to copy all my Emu, Roms etc . . . when i try to install my WINDS (Emulator Pack) on Mint it says some kinda error how do i fix this ?

You're trying to run a Windows-based installer for the emulators (which are also windows-based) on a system that isn't Windows. You need to find an emulator built specifically for Linux, or learn about and use something called Wine.
 
to run emus on a different arquitecture, you need the source code and compile the source to gen an executable. Just stick with windows if you want DS emulation for now.
