I just got my DSTwo which I am using with a Nintendo 3DS, and I notice that when I put a rom and I start playing, the graphics look lower than usual, like it has been compressed. Is that normal, or is there any way to change that?

I tried Pokemon White and Okamiden, I got the same feeling. The graphics are 'pixelated'.

It's not even being emulated, it's native. It is probably because the 3DS stretches the screen a bit to match the touch screen's size. You can hold start while booting up the supercard to run at the original resolution, but it will look tiny.

You can turn of scaling of the DS games on the 3DS, but then it will cover even less of the screen.
Edit: pokefloote was quicker, see post above for instructions.
