I'm going to hold out before I do anything... they may have done something to circumvent emunand to access nand... until I get a 100% on this... I ain't doing shit because I DONT want my sys updated at all.

They won't patch it unless an exploit is released publicly. They rely too much on their new encryption keys for N3DS to patch before an exploit is released.
