Hacking New Super Mario Bros from USB pen drive

The largest flash drive i own is a 4GB model. Is there any way of compressing the iso slightly so that I can use a USB loader to run New Super Mario Bros from this drive??

It will only take about 500mb when you add it to WBFS

Usually the WBFS managers that you use will compress your games. NSMBW compresses to 0.3 GB.
