Hacking New Springless DSTT?!?

Hmmm, So I got my 4 DSTT in the mail today from DX. The first 3 I got all looked original and have springs in them. However the one I got to day is different... Its SPRINGLESS! I am going to email the DSTT Team about this to make sure its real. There are a few other things too, there is now a picture on the back of the card like on some flashcards that show the microSD with an arrow pointing down. And the color is still white but its a little off white (you can't really tell in the pictures).

In the pictures the Springless DSTT is on the right and in the video the Springless DSTT is second.

Its not spring less, your new dstt must have a faulty slot.

They havent taken out the spring loaded slots, his slot must be faulty.

It works fine though. It doesn't shoot out or anything. I am going to send the DSTT Team a message though.

right one possibly a fake? All my dstts do not have the card logo on the back. And i recently got one.

It would be nice if they have removed the spring, it's terrible quality. I've had a few where it's taken some effort to get the spring working.

I just need to know if its springless now, I know you say that its not but you never know.

The new dstt is very easy to open, with the sticker side facing upwards, all you have to do is put your finger nail in the sd slot and twist anti clock wise and the corner will pop open, now all you have to do is carefully prise the rest of the card open with you finger nail. Now take a look at the sd slot you will see that it has a spring.

I just received a DSTT from DX. It looks exactly like the picture on the right.
I ordered this one:

It has a spring. It works OK. I ordered it the last day that it was $11.99.

Edit: The label on mine is rotated much more than the posted picture. Sloppy!
I bought this for someone who wanted the cheapest card that works.
If it was for me, I would have happily paid twice the price for an EDGE.

Yup it has a spring. Its just that it was clicked in when it came (odd). I just never took time to check it out and push down. The spring seems stronger than the other ones.

I hate the spring... I've almost lost my tiny little SD card around 20 times or so because of accidental flinging.

I wish they had removed it, or at least made it so that it wouldnt fling the damn card... But it sounds as if they didn't, and yours is just faulty. Lucky you!

Those stickers are annoying, I had an upside down one that I sold =D
Besides that, haven't seen a DSTT with that symbol on it before

i just took off my sticker... lol it looks better
