My phones pretty old and I've been planning to get myself a new Nexus 6p and luckily I'll be able to get it before their next reorder which is scheduled for third week January... Or cancel it for a sky+. But yeah I feel you, here where I live if you order anything around December, they tax you hard. So I'm trying to avoid the urge.

Except mario and luigi paper jam bros, need to use ntr cfw with rxtools to play that game. Everything else though yeah.
Last time i checked there was a special case with that game where it would freeze on the 3ds screen reguardless and people were forced to use the language plugin in order for the game to work properly, plus it is the only game that i know of that does not show a logo on the main 3ds menu. That has probably changed by now though.
will there be a review like the ups and downs from it like the previous ones cuz I'm tempted to buy it for my birthday.
Most likely someone with a european 3ds with a european emunand will not have that problem since the regions match up. The main people i have seen that have that issue are people using usa and jpn 3ds systems.
The game does not come out until january 22 of next year so you won't be able to buy it until then. As far as reviews go
