Emulation Vita3K - PlayStation Vita

I saw Naga's gameplay video on YouTube, one of the games shown was Uncharted, which I'm interested in as the only game of the series I haven't played. It looked like he had to constantly go into the emulator menu to enable/disable mouse mode to use the game's touchscreen features - was this because it was running in docked mode, or is that constant fiddling necessary when playing handheld? Not sure I'd want to play it like that.

Please test umvc3, stuck at title screen, and the text is unreadable😬
I'll check for the issue at title screen, for the text rendering issue it's an issue from vita3k even on android / windows

@Nagaa The Genroku Legends DLC is not being detected even though I have already installed it. Also, it freezes whenever I go outside the house. By the way, thanks for porting this emulator to the Nintendo Switch.
How do you install it ? .pkg and work.bin are confirmed working

This is only in Docked that you have to do that, you have front and back touchscreen support in handheld

Any instructions on how to have it run ? I just launched the nro, tried to install to Vita firmware but it said I had no internet connection (my Switch is connected).

Probably incorrect date/time configured on your switch, NTP Time sync on DBI
Thanks, I did it but I still can't download the vita firmware files. I was able to find a firmware file online but the preinstall and font files seem to be a pain to find lol

Here's my error message. I'm perfectly able to download stuff from steamgridDB or use various homebrew online features so I don't see how there could be a problem with my connection or DNS ?

You can also download the firmware files on a PC and then copy them to your Switch.

It's just taking a bit of time to install the firmware, but it's not stuck
As for .vpk files, some people have reported issues with them i've only tried a few basic homebrew games in .vpk, and they worked fine

For now, i recommend using .pkg files with the required work.bin file for decryption in the same folder as the .pkg, or NoNpDrm .zip files, although they're a bit slow to install.

I was able to get a few games to boot, like Demon’s Souls and KH 1.5 Remix, but it will probably never work on 4GB. So i’ve put this project on the side for now, since most people won’t be able to use it
okey can you install zip file game like in vita3k on pc?

The file you're missing is PSP2UPDAT.PUP, it's supposed to be available directly from Sony's website but the link doesn't work, though it's not difficult to find.
Three files are needed :

- PSVUPDATE.PUP/PSP2UPDAT.PUP, the main firmware file and the one I was able to find ;
- PSP2UPDATE_preinst.PUP
- PSP2UPDATE_font.PUP

It's those last two I can't find anywhere.

im also having a problem on direct link inside the app.

-PSP2UPDAT.PUP = main fw.
-PSVUPDATE.PUP = font

ignore the preinst. idk that also. but after installing both its working without that preinst.

I've been playing Ratchet & Clank with v1 overclocking, and it runs much better than the PS2 version via nethersx2. Is that because the Switch and the PS Vita have similar architectures, making emulation on the Switch easier? I did a little research, and from what I've learned, PS Vita emulation should theoretically be more difficult than PS2 emulation.

I tried the Secret of Mana remake, fps is fine but there are graphical glitches, most notably hero and enemies being invisible.

tips when installing games do not let your switch auto sleep. it will corrupt the installation.
Yeah and some games take an eternity to install, like I had one stuck at 3% for half an hour then all of a sudden the rest was done in seconds.
