Hacking New R4I card problems

Hello i just receieved by r4i gold pro for 3ds from r4i-gold.com , it worked UNTILL i tried to put a game onto the micro sd, the sd just made alot of reconnect and disconnect noises and asked me to format it. I stupidly did which failed, now i think it's empty and has no format and refuses to format using any method i try. Is there any way to fix it or is the micro shot? Also when i tried to put the micro in the usb adaptor from happy box it fell into the shell, does happy box's usb have any copy protection that might've switched on?

Sounds like the MicroSD and/or reader was bad quality. Do not use any MicroSD or readers from flash cart teams/sites, they are some of the worst and they fail/die on a regular basis.

Yeah i was thinking it was a false size SD , i went like, 30 MB over 2GB when it said 16 GB so i'm thinking it was just a 2 GB edited to say it was 16 GB

Yeah that's not uncommon at all.
