Hacking New NNID and eventual system transfer

I want to eventually system transfer my o3ds to n3ds once gateway gets 9.6+ support to do so, in the mean time I want to setup a new NNID to access the eshop for updates and things.

My question is if I setup a new NNID and then later system transfer that won't cause any problems right?
