This is a call for celebration; Nintendo has finally made it so that you can earn revenue on content that you produce of their games! And judging by the looks of it, signing up is fairly straightforward.
However, I do have one question regarding this, if anybody knows yet... Nintendo asks that you register anything that is their intellectual property in the program so that everything is legally sound, but what about something something like Newer Super Mario Bros. Wii? It still uses Nintendo's "intellectual property" (sprites, models, etc.). What happens if you do (or don't) register game mods like these?
