Hardware New Nintendo 3DS XL problem

Strange, I've tried most of the cards I have but none of them work on my New Nintendo 3DS XL, I've inserted the PNY 64GB micro SD card and I can't turn on New Nintendo 3DS XL. It shines blue when I try to turn it on. Same goes for SanDisk Ultra 128GB.

Cant the 3ds boot without SD? Are they fat32 formated?

No my New Nintendo 3DS XL won't boot without SD card and i have formate 32GB SD card to Fat32.

Assuming you have b9s and Luma, do you have the necessary files on the SD card? If it doesn't turn on and instead just the LED goes blue then off without a popping sound, that means you are missing the boot.firm from the root of the SD card.

Can you tell us anything more? For example firmware version, CFW version and so on... If you are still on a9lh instead of b9s for example, boot.firm isn't the file that's loaded, as a9lh doesn't use firms. Give as much info as you can for now and also how the problem started exactly.

How did you format the cards? I think some cards have an extra partition on them that has to be wiped in addition to making sure they are FAT32 formatted. See https://www.partitionwizard.com/partitionmagic/3ds-sd-card-format.html .

I have boot.firm in SD card

Are the cards FAT32 formatted? ExFAT won't work.

(1) Battery trick and (2) A9LH + B9S dual check.

Try copying the boot.firm file again, making sure that it's the current luma version. I had the same problem once, and by simply overwriting it the problem went away.
