In search for solutions i figured out that the problem is in the speakers, because of a static-y like sound coming from it, and when I plug a earphone they just stop, the hissing and the popping sound (occurs on both power on and shutting off).
so my question is, whats is going on with my nn3ds? is a prequel of something worst? is there anyone with this problem too? help me guys
