Hardware new nintendo 3ds broken

i hadn't used my new 3ds in a while, so i started it up and i connected it to the internet
it goes fine, i exit out of the settings menu and the 3ds starts behaving weirdly (top screen without theme, really slow)
then i restart it and it just shows the blue light without anything on screen (literally the screen is not even turned on)
please help

i was going to update it but then this happend, i can't even boot into godmode9 and whatever

1. Try it without SD (select on boot).
2. Redownload latest luma, put it on SD and try holding select on boot.
3. Get yourself a flashcard and boot into GM9 that way (to perform restore or CTRTrasnfer).

i do have a flashcard compatible with b9s installer but sadly it's an r4 gold and it is in normal mode (i flashed it back to normal) and i will try as you said
