New kamikaze flex cable

Hi.
I just f... My Switch.
So i went to Google and youtube to try and get some info so i might be able to get it working again.

I found a youtube video with a Russian guy doing a mod with a kamikaze flex cable.
In the video it is not clear what mod hw it is but it is visible that it is "F3 V2.3"!?

Anyone know where to get it?
