Obviously. That's why I asked the question. IOS59 is currently only available in a Dragon Quest X dics, just as IOS56 was back in the day only available in a few game discs. My point I was trying to make is when Nintendo put IOS56 on NUS they released System Menu 4.3 (correct me if I'm wrong). Now if they someday put IOS59 on NUS, could they possibly release System Menu 4.4 at the same time?

You are thinking of IOS58, but yeah. They have put wads on discs but not NUS for a long time, but the only time an IOS is uploaded to NUS is along with an update.

Just did some speed tests with IOS59, their USB storage implementation seems to suck, much slower than the one we already had.

He is speaking hypothetically. Zelda obviously doesn't include IOS59 and 4.4. Also look at the date the post was made.
