I have a amount of money that I need to decide to use it on.
A new GPU(GTX 970 4GB)
or
A new WII U(32GB)

Pros(GPU):
Play new awsome games that releases next year.(Fallout 4, Mirror's edge catylste, Star Wars Battlefront, etc.)
Play in glorious 60 fps.

Cons(GPU):
No playing games that are only for WIIU.
No playing with my brothers.

Pros(WIIU):
Playing with family and friends.
Play awsome new games for wii u only.(SSB4, SMM, SM3DW, etc.)

Cons(WIIU):
Not playing awsome new games of PC next year.

It all comes down to which platform has the most games you're interested in, really.

IMO, though, the GTX 970 would be an infinitely better buy, simply because the Wii U is already dying (if not practically dead now) and won't be getting more than a couple worthwhile titles in the next year period, whereas with PC gaming you're guaranteed to get practically all large name multi-platform titles released in the future and the GTX 970 will be enough power to handle them all.

It would probably be best to get the 970 now, and save up to get a Wii U later when it's officially died off and its value declines. By then, it'll at least have Zelda and...whatever else is coming in 2016.

New graphics card. Wii U is okay for a whole three games. If you want something for multiplayer couch games, I recommend a Wii, PS3, or just plugging your PC into your TV and grabbing a couple of Logitech controllers.
