What is all this hubbub about it not getting a US release?

Last time I checked, Golden Sun and its successor faired rather well. Scores were very high for both. We don't know how far into development they are. As it's been said, Camelot is keeping their lips sealed. For all we know it could be shipping around Japan in early 2010 or late 2010, who knows. I do think this will get released in English, and if it's not, I'm positive we'll see a translation team pick this up.

Oh we'll definitely see this game in English one way or another. I doubt many other games are as popular as this. There will probably be a fan translation started up 10 seconds after the game is dumped (or whenever the piracy protection is bypassed). That is regardless of an official one. And I might actually download the patch for a change too (even if a US date is announced). I'm that hyped up and impatient to play it.

Isn't just the mere fact that the game was announced by Nintendo of America THEMSELVES at E3 (a US conference) a good enough proof that the game is coming to the US?

This is one of those games i'll want to buy, but then just like chrono trigger i'll forget about it and just download the game.

I was gonna buy CT DS too but when it came out the store I preorderd it at didn't get any copies for like a week and I canceled my preorder and DL'd it.

This time if they don't get the preorder I am gonna fucking kill somebody.

Like I said, Nintendo said at E3 that the US release would be in 2010. So to anyone saying we won't get a US release, you are wrong.

The golden sun saga not aonly fairde well, both of them where declared the best RPG done for the GBA.

Its funny, about the second I finished Golden Sun: The lost age I predicted that the series would get a sequel. This was like in 2000 something (heck I don't remember when I played it), all I know is that I played it on the original GBA, and I got it at launch too.

They were my Absolute favorite games on the GBA, in fact last year I saw my friend playing them on his GBA.

There is no doubt in my mind that this will get a US release!

On topic, I played the first golden sun on an emulator long time ago and liked it (don't remember why i didn't keep playing). I am not excited about this title but i would like to play it when it comes out.
