according to the download link, it should be just a beta of 1.08 EOS so it goes EOS 1.08 then EOS 1.08.1 or 1.08b whichever you guys prefer it was not such a big update that it would become EOS 1.09 so just think of it as beta for EOS 1.09

what are you talking about? this is just a patch to the DSTwo, it's not a firmware update
