This guy is having the exact same problem, just on a lower CFW version and firmware. Are you using MacOS to setup your SD perhaps?
In any case, boot hekate before Atmosphere and run the archive bit fixer from its tools. If you need a guide how to setup with chainloading fusee through hekate, refer to an applicable guide from here (have to know your Switch model): https://rentry.org/CFWGuides

I'm using Windows10 and already tried the Archive Bit fixer, no result sadly.

is it possible that because of the lack of space on your sd card while running the game it is causing it to error out??? can you try a larger micro sd card that has at least 4-5 gb of space on it and see if the error still occurs

I have about 19GB available, it's not enough for emuNAND but enough for things to work smoothly otherwise.

I haven't found exactly what caused it, but I did fix it
Whatever the latest update, be it SwSh itself or Atmosphere, broke many mods. I had to delete the entire TID folder and I believe it was either a custom Pokemon, custom bike, or custom body shape of some sort.
This is weird, because moving it in Goldleaf had the crash still occur.
